Taste of Country compiled a bunch of tweets from country artists about the eclipse from Monday and we LOVE the humor that these artists have. Nashville was in the Path of Totality so they had the best view of the Eclipse and the entire city went dark as if it was night for a total of 2.5 minutes. Here is what some of them had to say about it all…
Got a breakfast meeting and a cowrite scheduled today… something else is going on but I can't quite remember what…🤔

"A once in a lifetime chance to see the sky dark during the day!"
-someone that's never been to West Texas during tornado season. 🌑🌪

Am I the only one who thought that Path of Totality was some new metal band everyone was talking about?

How am I supposed to watch this eclipse if I'm still crying from the dragon scene from G😭T last night?

Also, a few artists had some really cool posts during and after the eclipse…
"In the shade of a willow tree, creeps a crawling over me." @u2 @christyhardesty @the_matt_haynes @lukepix @lex_buddy @arewhyayin @hi_imtom @aromaine1 @maebrennan @rowdyhowdycowboy #nashville #eclipse
